How To Login
Please login with your Student ID, and password that you either created when you completed the application or that you have been given. If you are a NEW student, please click here to fill out an application and create an account.
If you were previously enrolled or if you are currently enrolled and this is your first time using the Portal, the username is your Student ID you were issued, and the password is your birthdate (YYYYMMDD) and the first letter of your first and last name (uppercase). For example, if your name is John Doe and you were born on Feb 1 1978, your password would be ’19780201JD’.

Sponsors can also use this portal to generate reports for students they are currently sponsoring. Sponsor username and password can be obtained by contacting the campus.
How To Get Report
You can check on the status of your progress by going to the Student Portal. Once logged in you can run a report that will show you your attendance and progress.
You will need your student ID and password. If you have not created one or do not remember it you will need to go to Student Services.
You will need your starting date.
Step 1 – You can find your starting date by choosing COMPLETION EVALUATION under the REPORTS. Choose your current program and your starting date should be in parenthesis.
Step 2 – Under REPORTS choose PROGRESS. Enter your starting date and today’s date and generate the report.
Step 3 – You can click on the report and save it out as a .pdf and email it to your instructor as needed.
